Booking & Payment
To book this package, please use the calendar below to select your preferred date.
Only available times are shown in the calendar.
Once you have selected a date, you can choose to either pay the £50 deposit or the full amount. If paying the deposit, the balance is due on the day of your shoot. For full payment terms, please see clause’s 1 & 2 of the Terms and Conditions here.

What to expect
Before your shoot
Booking:
Once you’ve completed payment, either with the deposit or full amount—you’ll receive a confirmation email with your shoot date and time, directions to the location, and helpful tips on how to prepare for your session. This ensures you’re fully ready and comfortable before your headshot shoot.
Clothing:
Not sure what to wear? Bring as many tops as you’d like, and we can decide together during the session which ones will best capture the look you’re aiming for. Variety in your wardrobe helps create a diverse set of headshots to showcase your range as an actor.
Agent Recommendations:
If you have an agent, it’s important to discuss any specific headshot requirements they might have, including preferences for poses, background colours, or other details. I’m also more than happy to speak with your agent directly if you’d prefer, so feel free to pass along my contact information.
By preparing ahead of time, we can ensure your headshot session is smooth and results in professional, eye-catching images that reflect your unique talent.
During your shoot
In-Studio Session:
Upon arrival, the studio will be fully prepared with professional lighting and equipment set up to capture your best headshots. We’ll start with a brief discussion and some test shots to ensure the lighting and settings are perfect. During the session, we’ll capture a variety of looks, with images displayed on a monitor for instant feedback, so you can ensure you’re satisfied with the shots. In a typical session, there is time for three to five outfit changes and a similar number of background options.
Outdoor Session:
Though outdoor sessions are no longer bookable through the website, I still offer shoots at my previous location, just a 20-minute walk from my current studio. The outdoor session lasts 40 minutes due to the walk, and please note that there is no private area to change outfits at the location.

After Your Actor Headshot Shoot – Fast Turnaround and Easy Image Selection
Following your actor headshot session, I aim to upload your proof images to a private online gallery within 24 hours. The gallery will typically feature 50+ high-quality images, giving you plenty of options to choose from.
Once you’ve selected the three images you’d like professionally edited, I will have them completed and uploaded to Dropbox within 7-10 working days (Monday-Friday).
If you have an agent, feel free to share the gallery with them for guidance on selecting the best headshots for your portfolio.

One Extra: Add an additional edited image to your package at the time of booking, for just £15.
Additional retouched images purchased after the shoot are £25 each.
30 Minute Portrait: £60 in addition to full package price.
With this add-on we spend an additional 30 minutes creating a stylish portrait of you using a different set-up to the headshots. The price also includes an edited image.
Help me pick: £30 in addition to full package price.
Sometimes it can be hard to be objective when looking at pictures of yourself and therefor, if you would like help whittling down the images in the contact sheets, choose this add-on. I’ll then spend one to two hours looking though the proof images to recommend 10-20 shots in which look your best and/or show off your character range. From there you can make the final selection for editing.
48 hour express editing: £50 in addition to full package price.
With express editing, once you have let me know your choices, your images will be edited and returned to you within 48 hours, rather than the standard 3-5 working days for this package. This only includes the number of edited images the package includes. Additional edited images may take longer.
Self-Tape Monologue: £50 in addition to full package price.
30 minutes at the end of your shoot to record a professional self-tape monologue.
Cannot be combined with another timed add-on such as the 30 minute portrait.
Extended Image Storage: £15 in addition to full package price.
All images from your photoshoot are stored for 6 months. If you would like to extend this to 12 months, select ‘Extended Image Storage’ when booking.

Weekend surcharge: £100 in addition to full package price.
If you would like a weekend session, please contact me to arrange booking.
Evening surcharge: £50 in addition to full package price.
Travel to your location: £300 in addition to full package price (London Zones 1-4).
For locations outside of London Zones 1-4, please request a quote.
Please note that a shoot outside of my studio, the photos may vary based in the size of the room, ambient light etc.
